These terms govern your use of Rivora. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we provide

Rivora is a self-serve platform for designing, printing, and delivering direct mail to USPS carrier routes you select, plus response tracking (QR scans, calls, and web leads). We coordinate production and USPS delivery on your behalf.

Your content

• You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of your mailer: business claims, offers, licensing statements, photos, and logos must be truthful and yours to use.
• You confirm your business holds any licenses or insurance your mailer advertises.
• We may decline to print content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringing.

Proof approval

You approve the design before payment. Once an order enters production, the approved design is what prints — check names, phone numbers, and offers carefully.

Delivery

Delivery is performed by USPS under its Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) program. We provide expected windows, not guaranteed dates; USPS controls final delivery timing. Address counts come from USPS route data and may differ slightly from counts shown at checkout — material shortfalls are handled under our Refund Policy.

Response estimates

ROI projections in the campaign builder are estimates based on typical industry response rates. They are planning tools, not guarantees of results.

Payments

Prices are shown per piece before checkout and include USPS postage at its published rate. Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed by Stripe.

Accounts

Sign-in is by one-time email code. Keep access to your order email secure — anyone with that inbox can view your campaign dashboard.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivora's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for USPS delivery failures beyond the remedies in our Refund Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
