Rivora helps home service contractors send direct mail campaigns. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it — for both our customers (contractors) and homeowners who interact with a mailer.

What we collect from customers

• Business contact details you enter when building a campaign: business name, email, phone, and website.
• Campaign content: your targeting choices, mailer design, offer text, and uploaded images or logos.
• Order and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

What we collect from homeowners

• If you scan a mailer's QR code or visit its link, we count the visit against that campaign. We do not build profiles of visitors.
• If you submit the estimate-request form, we collect the name, phone number, and message you provide and share it with the contractor who sent the mailer — that is the form's entire purpose.

Where the targeting data comes from

Neighborhood statistics shown in the campaign builder (household counts, median income, median age) come from USPS route data and public U.S. Census Bureau statistics. They describe areas, not individual homes or people.

Service providers we rely on

• Stripe — payment processing
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — database hosting
• Railway — application hosting
• Vercel Blob — image and file storage
• OpenAI — generating draft mailer copy from the campaign details you enter
• Resend — transactional email (order updates, sign-in codes, lead alerts)

What we don't do

• We don't sell personal information.
• We don't use homeowner lead submissions for anything except delivering them to the contractor.
• We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Retention and deletion

We keep order records while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting purposes. Email us to request deletion of your data; homeowners may likewise request deletion of a lead submission.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll update this page and note the new date above.
